Andrew McLaughlin is a dedicated lacrosse coach and leader with a strong foundation in both player development and program building. Andrew has spent years investing in the growth of the game at multiple levels, bringing experience from high school programs, club teams, and collegiate environments.

His coaching journey began early, quickly stepping into leadership roles including head coaching positions at Oak Ridge Military Academy, Junior Varsity Head Coach at Mount Tabor High School, and Head Coach at Wesleyan Christian Academy. He continued to expand his impact through club lacrosse with organizations in both North Carolina and California, gaining a wide range of experience working with athletes of different backgrounds and skill levels.

From 2024 to 2026, Andrew served as an Assistant Coach for the High Point University Men's Club Lacrosse team before being named Head Coach. His approach emphasizes discipline, accountability, and building a strong team culture that extends beyond the field. With a background in pastoral ministry studies and sports management, he brings a balanced perspective of leadership, mentorship, and competitive drive to every program he leads.
