Growing the game, one rep at a time.
That's how The Drew League started in 2026. A group of players from the Triad recognized the need for a grass roots program that reminded them of the game they played as kids. Not a league filled with fees, expenses, and high expectations.
Rob Innella
Lacrosse is not just a sport. For Rob, it truly is a medicine game, played for healing and gratitude. It is older than basketball, older than football, older than the United States. It is, by treaty and tradition, a gift to the rest of us.
Now he's launching The Drew League, a new youth lacrosse initiative built to grow the game across the Triad. The league is focused on accessibility, fundamentals, and giving every kid real reps and real coaching — the same foundation that shaped Rob's own path in the sport.
Four directions, four commitments.
Win or lose, we shake hands. We listen to elders. We leave the field cleaner than we found it.
Game day is loud. Practice is relentless. We coach hard because we believe in these kids.
Teach the origins. Every player, every season, learns where the game came from and why it matters.
No kid sits out for cost. Equipment scholarships are part of the budget, not a charity afterthought.
Come play.
Summer 2026 registration opens soon.
