Justin Barry is a former collegiate lacrosse player and coach with a strong passion for leadership, competition, and athlete development. During his career at Guilford College and Greensboro College, he established himself as one of the top offensive players in program history. Barry finished his collegiate career with 289 career points, 187 career goals, and 102 career assists while recording an incredible 124-point season. He also holds the record for the most points and goals in a single season and currently ranks 2nd all-time in career points, goals, and assists.

Barry earned numerous accolades throughout his playing career, including being named a 2-time First Team All-Conference selection, a USA Magazine All-American, and a participant in the USILA Senior All-Star Game. He also served as a 2-time team captain, demonstrating leadership, work ethic, and a commitment to building a competitive, team-oriented culture.

Outside of lacrosse, Barry coaches a youth travel hockey team in Greensboro, where he focuses on developing young athletes both on and off the ice. His coaching philosophy emphasizes skill development, accountability, confidence, and teamwork while helping players compete at their highest level while growing as individuals and teammates.
