
Zach Kashubara brings a player-first coaching style focused on leadership, development, discipline, and competitive success. His journey in the sport began at Western Guilford High School, where he was a four-year starter from 2018–2022 and served as team captain for three seasons. During his time at Western, Zach earned All-Conference honors three times while helping set the standard for leadership and consistency within the program.
Zach continued his lacrosse career at Barton College, competing at the NCAA Division II level. Throughout his collegiate career, he earned 2nd Team All-Conference honors, was selected to the All-Tournament Team twice, and served as team captain during his senior season. He was also honored with the Team MVP award in his final year. As a leader on and off the field, Zach helped guide his team to two conference championships and the first NCAA Tournament appearance in program history.
Zach's coaching philosophy centers around developing complete athletes by building strong fundamentals, improving lacrosse IQ, creating confidence, and teaching leadership that extends beyond the game. Whether working with beginners or advanced players, he aims to help athletes reach their full potential while fostering a competitive and positive environment.
